WITH CSA SIRES THE POSSIBILIES ARE ENDLESS!

THINGS JUST GET BETTER AND BETTER FOR CSA SIRES

Following on from a successful first day at the Dairy Event and Livestock Show CSA sires continued their domination of leading prize winners and champions.

Junior cow in milk: In what was a very tight placing between two of the leading Ayrshires in the ring in 2011 judge Arthur Walters favoured the very correct Gwynog Sand Ranger Sailer Girl VG 86 2YR (SIRE: MORWICK SAND RANGER, MATERNAL GRAND SIRE: MCCORNICK NELSON) over the powerful Hunnington Fraggy 12 (SIRE: HUNNINGTON BBK EASLAD), recent Interbreed Champion at Nantwich and Oswestry shows.

Senior cow in milk: In a class full of previous champions and All Britain winners, top spot was awarded to the fourth calver Millford Jungle Girl 77 by the legendary MCCORNICK NELSON.

In the Championship line up Wales were able to triumph over England in the form of GWYNNOG SAND RANGER SAILOR GIRL VG 86 who was given the nod over MILLFORD JUNGLE GIRL 77. Sailor Girl completes an unbeaten 2011 following on from a Royal Welsh Championship and is indeed a young cow with a very bright future.
