Changes In CSA Management Team

Edward Evans presents retiring Chairman Steve Oultram with an engraved whisky decanter and glasses from the directors of Cattle Services (Ayr) Ltd.

At the end of the year there will be a significant change in Cattle Services management team when Mr Steve Oultram stands down from his position as a Director, a position he has held for 20 years, also Chairman of Directors for 15 years.  During this time, with the full support of his wife Anne and family, Steve has travelled many thousands of miles at his own expense and given many hundreds of hours of his time in pursuance of the Company’s interests and those of the breed and Society in general.  His breed knowledge, industry contacts, business acumen, and commitment to the cause have been hugely beneficial to the company, and played no small part in guiding the Company to its current position as a major player in the supply of Ayrshire and Red and White genetics, both nationally and internationally.  CSA directors would like to express their sincere appreciation to Steve for all his efforts and co-operation and wish him all the best in the future.

Mr Alex Kirkpatrick, who has been a Director for six years, will assume the Chairman’s role, and Mr Ian Patrick of Garrett Hall Ayrshires, one of the new generation of young enthusiastic breeders, has been appointed as replacement Director.  We welcome Ian and look forward to his contributions.
